Very very very bad experience multiple times

I never write bad reviews. I understand how difficult it is to start business. But when I ordered first time from their website I got defective product they deleted by review comment also.
I ordered again and I again got defective product. They don't even refund easily. We have to take responsibility of returning it to them. It has been a very bad experience. I would recommend people not to buy from here. It's not reliable at all.
